Minimalist Android Launcher for Intentional Phone Use
Your phone should work for you, not the other way around. Yin Yang is a minimalist Android home screen built for intentional use — calm by default, aware by design, and quietly yours to shape.

See Your Patterns. Set Your Own Boundaries.
Swipe left into a space that simply shows you how you use your phone — screen time, pickups, the apps you reach for without thinking. When you're ready to do something about it, a small set of gentle tools lets you set boundaries you chose yourself. Soft friction, never hard blocks.

Mindful Pause
A brief breathing moment before you open the apps you flag — long enough to ask whether you really meant to. Wait through or walk away; the pause is a friction layer, not a gate.

Mindful Timer
Set a daily budget for the apps that pull you in. When time's up, a short cooldown holds before the next session. Boundaries you set, held by the launcher — no hard blocks you didn't ask for.

Focus Mode
Hide the apps you don't want to see during focused time — on a schedule or with one tap. Out of sight when you need to concentrate, back when you don't.
